刷牙減肥方法

方法1.只要我們在餐前和餐後刷牙 ,就可以在刷牙過程中抑制食慾。如果想加大減功效可以在刷牙時以腳尖站立腳踝上下活動,以鍛鍊小腿肌肉線條。

方法2.將毛巾捲成筒狀,並夾在兩膝中間,防止毛巾掉落,以鍛鍊大腿內側線條。

方法3. 刷牙時拿牙刷的手可嘗試舉高至與肩平排,這方法最適合想瘦手臂的女生。
